- High Speed Website Hosting is Website Hosting only and does not include email hosting of any kind. We strongly recommend you use a 3rd party email system, particularly a cloud based solution Google GSuite ($5/user/month) or Microsoft Office 365 Online. We have an email migration service available if you want help migrating from non-cloud email to GSuite.
- Minor Task is any content or technical update that requires 30 minutes or less. Example: changing text on a page, adding photos or logos, setting up a simple plugin.
- If you cancel your Website Care service, the website hosting service will be discontinued 24 hours after the next payment due date. We recommend that you allow 2 weeks buffer time if transferring to another hosting provider to allow time for file transfers and DNS propagation. We are happy to assist you in backing up your site prior to a transfer.
- Please note that after cancel of Website Care service, bundled services such as website content updates and website support will now incur our standard fees.
