1. High Speed Website Hosting is Website Hosting only and does not include email hosting of any kind. We strongly recommend you use a 3rd party email system, particularly a cloud based solution Google GSuite ($5/user/month) or Microsoft Office 365 Online. 
2. If you cancel your Website Care service, the website hosting service will be discontinued 24 hours after the next payment due date. We recommend that you allow 2 weeks buffer time if transferring to another hosting provider to allow time for file transfers and DNS propagation. We are happy to assist you in backing up your site prior to a transfer.
